The “Tenute Ciaccio” extra virgin olive oil is produced at Alberto Ciaccio’s organic farm which falls in the district P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) “Val di Mazara“.

The company consists of multiple plots, typical characteristic of Sicily, which are located at different altitudes, from 60 to 250 meters above sea level, all planted with olive groves and Cerasuola and Biancolilla varieties with trees of different ages, many of them centuries old.

The secret of the peculiarity from our oil is for them. With them big bole we can attest to them long existence but also a sturdy propensity to carry adverse weather conditions, for the function of energy spare that this last perform.

They have seen our ancestors to grow them with means and somewhat rudimental tools; today they see us, with the employement of the most modern techniques of work.
